The AIKO Stellar AIKO-G645-MCH72Dw is a 645 W N-type ABC (All-Back-Contact) photovoltaic module featuring a glass-glass construction and a 144-cell (6×24) architecture. The module efficiency reaches 23.0%. Since all electrical contacts are located on the rear side of the module, there are no front-side busbars casting shadows – this increases the effective light absorption area and provides a seamless, uniform black appearance.

One of the key advantages of this module is its bifacial operation with a bifaciality factor of 75±5%. The rear side of the module captures additional light reflected from the ground or surroundings, thereby increasing total system output depending on the installation height and surface albedo. Thanks to the high 645 W power rating and large-format design, projects require fewer modules, cables, and mounting structures to achieve the desired system capacity – this is especially advantageous for commercial and industrial-scale solar power plants.

The glass-glass construction provides significantly enhanced protection against micro-cracks, moisture, UV radiation, and scratching, making it ideally suited for diverse climate zones and extending the module's operating lifespan. ABC technology also improves module performance under partial shading conditions (partial shading optimisation) and at elevated temperatures – an optimised temperature coefficient of -0.26%/°C ensures more stable output in hot weather.

The N-type technology guarantees extremely low degradation: only about 1% in the first year and just 0.35% annually in subsequent years. The manufacturer guarantees that after 30 years, the module will operate at no less than 88.85% of its initial power output.

With dimensions of 2382×1134×30 mm, a weight of ~32.5 kg, and standard mounting points, it ensures compatibility with most popular inverters and racking systems. The module withstands a 5400 Pa front mechanical load and a 2400 Pa rear load, operating at up to 1500 V DC system voltage, making it well-suited for large-scale commercial and industrial PV projects.
