Huawei SmartGuard-63A-T0-AUTO can be used in conjunction with a generator, but the connection must be made via the backup load circuit, controlling it with an inverter or a smart relay-based system. This smart controller supports 380V/400V/415V three-phase voltage and 50/60 Hz frequency. It works best with inverter-type generators, ensuring stable frequency and voltage. The generator must not be connected directly to the SmartGuard, but through a backup load panel. Shelly smart switches can be used for automatic generator start/stop. The EMMA system can optimize energy distribution, starting the generator only when necessary.
